These bracelets are a special and a sacred gift to us from a higher dimension.
They carry intentions of love and possibilities and should be treated with
respect.
To clean: Wipe the bracelet with a clean, soft cloth. Do not allow it to sit in
water or any harsh detergent.
Your bracelet will absorb negative energy and the crystals may begin to look cloudy. If this happens it means that the bracelet is
doing its job. To re-energize the intention, do any of the following:
• Carefully place the bracelet on a clear quartz crystal for a few hours, especially between 11-1 a.m. or p.m. or
• Place the bracelet in the sunlight between 11-1 pm or
• Sound a Singing Bowl
Note: Occasionally a bracelet may break if it has absorbed an excessive amount of negative energy. If this should happen DO NOT
BE ALARMED. It has protected and cleared you from a lower vibration. Simply pick up the crystals and return it to us to be restrung
and re-intentioned.

The bracelets come standard in the following sizes, depending on the collection. Since each piece is handmade, any wrist size can
be accommodated and additional sizes may be special ordered.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REPAIRS
usuallyshipped within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive your bracelet
in a beautiful box with a label that gives a brief description. You will also receive a book that details all information of the bracelets in that line.
RETURNS: Please call or email us for authorization for a return or exchange
within on e week of receiving your bracelet. The nature of the crystals is to
absorb and connect with your energy. Therefore we will not be able to use
these crystals for anyone else if you have worn it more than a few days. We will be happy to discuss any issues you have. Our intention is for you to be happy with your purchase. Repackage in the original box, insure and request delivery confirmation so that you will know when we have received the bracelet.
REPAIRS: If your bracelet should break or be in need of repair, you may return it to us, for restringing and re-intending. All repairs
take a minimum of 3-4 weeks as each bracelet must go through the entire cleansing and intention process again. We will restring
your bracelet and replace up to 3 crystals free of charge for 6 months from the date of purchase. After that date there will be a
charge for this service. We recommend sending all returns “Return Receipt.”
