Eireen is also known as the Roman goddess Pax, meaning peace. Once called upon, she brings peace and playfulness to our minds, our souls, our homes and our planet. When your life is hectic, chaotic or out of balance she helps to quiet the mind so our mental and physical can act as one. She reminds us to take time to nurture ourselves with prayer, meditation, playfulness, hobbies, and exercise, especially yoga.
