SHIPPING:  We ship by United States Postal Service and bracelets are usually shipped within 5 to 7 business days.  You will receive your bracelet in a beautiful box with a label that gives a brief description.  You will also receive a book that details all information of the bracelets in that line.

RETURNS:  Please call or email us for authorization for a return or exchange within on e week of receiving your bracelet.  The nature of the crystals is to absorb and connect with your energy.  Therefore we will not be able to use these crystals for anyone else if you have worn it more than a few days.  We will be happy to discuss any issues you have.  Our intention is for you to be happy with your purchase.  Repackage in the original box, insure and request delivery confirmation so that you will know when we have received the bracelet.

REPAIRS If your bracelet should break you may return it to us, for restringing and re-intending. We will restring your bracelet and replace up to 3 crystals free of charge for 6 months from the date of purchase. After that date there will be a charge for this service.
